Prior to joining Conifs, Poul worked as the manager line of business with his main focus of SCM and material flow in general for the better part of 20+ years in both Multinational and IT Consulting companies.
Poul also has over 30+ years of Experience Supply Chain Execution, within manufacturing, pharma, 2B2 and other segments which would be brought to the table when we lead our clients in their digital transformation journey.
Based out of our office in Denmark Poul would spearhead the digital transformation journey of companies based in Europe, by focusing to create and optimize solutions around the material and information flow in small and large companies by looking at the company’s digital transformation journey from a business point of view and aligning procedures before aligning with IT. Poul would be working in corporation with our skilled application consultants and developer team based in Sri Lanka.
